Nestled in forty acres of wooded land in the Gold Country of Amador County, the Circle of Stones Sanctuary is a center for spiritual growth and healing in a space of outstanding natural beauty.
The Evolution of Circle of Stones
I founded Circle of Stones, Center for Spiritual Growth and Healing, in 1995 in San Carlos, California - for all who shared the beauty of Reiki healing, Reiki training and meditation.
In 2015 we moved to our current home in the Gold Country. This land, with it’s silver oak woods, rushing winter creek and glacial boulders, has a rich heritage and is a powerful source of grounding and healing.
Living and teaching amidst the beauty and rhythm of nature opened up a myriad of new possibilities for sharing, learning and gathering - allowing me to bring the land into my practice and my practice onto the land. This elevated the vision and purpose of my healing practice and inspired me to establish our property as the Circle of Stones Sanctuary. My mission is to provide a space for renewal of body and soul, whilst caring for and sustaining the natural habitat of this land and its creatures.
My dream continues to evolve with the Sanctuary growing as a ‘work in progress’ dedicated to perpetuating a legacy of love, healing and celebration of life.

Why ‘Circle of Stones’?
I chose this name for my healing practice because it speaks to me of the wisdom to be found in the earth and in the sharing of wisdom circles. In native spirituality, stones are called ‘stone people’ and revered as record keepers as they hold the memory and history of the earth. Much can be learned by listening to the wisdom of the stones. When stones are in the form of crystals they are powerful tools for grounding, clearing, energizing and assisting with healing. Symbolically, a circle of stones represents a wisdom circle wherein we meet one another in humility and respect to share wisdom, insight and healing. In this circle, a communion of hearts, we merge into the One heart of our Creator where Grace meets us just as we are and welcomes us into our greater Self.
