Reiki, a Japanese word that translates as the ‘free flow of universal life energy’, is a gentle, non–invasive healing modality that is often used to reduce stress, discomfort or pain and promote healing on all levels of being. The art of Reiki healing as taught today originated in Japan yet has it’s roots in the timeless and universal understanding of energy that is available to everyone when we are attuned to this frequency of love.

This course is taught over a three day period so as to provide for a deep immersion into the Reiki energy. We will study the history, practices, symbols and techniques involved in traditional Reiki. Each participant will be attuned to level one and level two of Reiki which opens the healing centers in one’s hands and heart.
