Let us place our hands on our heart center
Focusing on our breath
Feeling the lungs expand and contract
Calm, even, breaths
Allowing the movement of the lungs
To gently massage the heart
Releasing any tightness, any tension
Releasing any judgments, any discord…
Opening the windows of the heart
Breathing fully
Breathing in the front of the heart
Breathing out the back of the heart
Opening the windows wide front and back
Flooding the heart with gratitude
For the gift of life
Flooding the heart with gratitude
For the mystery of life
Flooding the heart with gratitude
For life itself

Feel the beating of your heart
Under your hands….
And know that we are all borne of One Heart,
One Divine Source
of Infinite Mystery
of Infinite Love
With each heart beat
With all of our consciousness
With all of our being
Let us Free fall into the Primal Love
That birthed us into this reality
From the first cells of incarnation
To this moment of breathing life.

In this Baptism of Pure Love
We hear her call:

Fold everything into me
The One Heart beckons.

I bless your challenges
I Champion your journey

I guide your Star.

You are not forgotten beloved one.
